I don't know if you've heard (and I'm afraid this only really applies to UK peeps), but there is an online campaign to get rap/rock band Rage Against the Machine to the Christmas number 1, in protest against the Simon Cowell drivel that is usually at the top spot at this time of year.
RATM are a brilliant band and stand up against inequality and misjustice (and are supporting Shelter, the UK homeless charity).
The song has some swearing in it, but it's a classic bit of rock and would be a great antidote to the normal sickly sweet ballads we have to suffer.
Please buy it from Amazon [click here] - it's only 29p!
Cheers, and Merry Christmas!
