Acie, I saw the picture and still sat there traumatized. A little part of me was going: "Why is his (don't think I actually said the word 'mouse' in my head) whatsit in the photo?" But I came up this the idiotic explanation that ... wait for it ... it had been in front of the screen when he hit printscreen. (Feel better, Kate?) It wasn't until I said the word 'mouse' to myself that it suddenly all came clear. So, 30 or 40 seconds or so in *the girls have eaten Mel hell* It was CW's vanillicon that saved me. I saw that and looked at the photo again in less of a state of fright.

So, Kate, all this is to say - fear trumps logic, eh? :D :D

And Trev, thanks. I don't need my morning coffee now!

Red, my remaining bike is a Raleigh. Sweet little racing bike. But its been hanging in the garage for years now. It'll be a collector's item sometime soon I think...

I used to live on my bike. Didn't own a car (an oddity for an American.) Its strange that living on Whidbey ended that.

    Keeper of the hens

I've finally gotten the pics off my new camera i got for my birthday! :boogie:

    bike ride 2
    Another bike ride pic :)

    clock house
The clock house / music block, it's a beautiful building

    booby trapped
This is a pile of dirty stuff in the kitchen...

We got sick of people leaving their dirty plates etc lying around the kitchen and waiting for someone else to wash them up, so we piled them all onto the little table that nobody uses. Then we booby trapped it so that when people tried to get their stuff, they would be attacked by falling cutlery, plastic bottles etc...

It was very amusing watching them trying to prise their stuff free, and it's now become a regular thing whenever the kitchen is looking particularly untidy :rolling:

Posted By: LynnWRed, I really liked the picture of the Music building, it's lovely.

It is really pretty, although a little creepy inside! You need a special key fob to open the door, and inside it's all dingy, old & quiet - apart from piano music coming from upstairs!

This is what happened on The Weekend of the Saucepan!!!

    saucepan drinking
It all started with a group of sober people, a rather large saucepan, lots of alcohol and extra long straws...

    drink!
Then, to make matters worse, the drinking game cards were brought down

    oh dear lol!
This quickly began to have an effect, and people started getting drunk! (and the big wet patch on my hoodie is from where Jenny through a glass of water all over me :P )

    martin with makeup

    saucepan night!

    martin more makeup
And doing things they shouldn't do! :rolling:

    It's been a fun weekend :)

Actually, to be serious for a moment,I rather think a law has been broken. I think it's a legal requirement that wherever a group of three or more students is assembled, there should be a traffic cone present...

We did try and 'borrow' a traffic cone from the Hall that was as big as me last night, but they'd filled it with concrete... :(

And the other night someone was carrying a cone back, when security pulled up next to them. The guy said (slightly drunk) "Ah, sorry, this was in the middle of the road back there...i was just moving it." :rolling:

Black and Red (a nice combo).

The front looks a bit like my Dad's Corvair!

Glad yous like it. After I had painted the car black, and started fitting out the interior with black, I realized it would be a good idea to break up all the black with a contrasting color. A trip to the fabric shop revealed some very bright red... perfect !

HA HA, I assure you that the steering wheel is in the correct position.... afterall, if it were on the other side how would I reach the pedals ??

CD, yes it is a Holden. It is a 1971 Holden HQ Kingswood.

Your hens are beautiful CD! It looks like you've chicken-napped Milly, especially as she can't be seen on hencam at the mo!!!

Well I've got one of each (LHD and RHD) but at least the pedals match up with the steering wheel :D

CD, great chooks, great cars... very sporty !
The engine in question is a 253 cubic inch, 4.2 litre Holden V8. I was planning to install a 350 cubic inch, 5.7 litre Chev V8. But I lost interest and have sold the car, lol.

CW - why do you have a LHD (I take it that means left hand drive)?
