What is your due date, Sara?

I've been waiting all weekend and today for my grandson to be born..he's being stubborn..he's still not here yet...now our son says it could be tomorrow morning or later...*flopping over on the floor*..I haven't slept in 2 days, sitting here waiting.

It is the waiting that gets to you isn't it, don't matter whether it is the post man, the bus or babies arrival. It just not know knowing what to do what yourself.
We got two babies to wait for now. Sara's and Lynn's grandson.

I got the bus into Birmingham city centre the day my first one was due to buy his pushchair (it was a new design and they kept selling the one they had supposedly reserved for me so I had to!) It was 45 mins there, 20 min walk to the shop, 20 mins of arguement that the one "out back" was for me, then the same back home. And I got chatted up on the bus (boy was he shocked when I told him why I couldn't go out with him that night - he hadn't noticed!)

My waters went the following day.

Just make sure you're with someone and in a shop that'll give you freebies!!

If you're really bored, Sara, you could set up a Sprogcam, so we can observe you and get all excited when it hatches, like we did with the eggs on hencam! :rolling:

Cc that's so funny,You would laugh at me trying to pick things up from the floor. which isn't really funny..
Me trying to sit on an exercise ball, to get baby to move from my back, that to isn't a funny sight.

I did get up at 10.45am. o my that's the first time in years i've sleep in that late. My 3ry old was asleep with me, he's so lazy.

Kateb which shops do freebies.. I could go in with a bottle of water and just pretend that my waters have broken..

NN dont worry i will not, If i cant put pictures on this site, then i havent got a change in anything like birthcam.

Saw an excellent card today; it said 'Children are for people who can't have dogs'!
Sara, Phyllis Diller the merkin singer/actress said 'The one thing all pregnant women crave is not to be pregnant'! Sounds as though that's the stage you're at...hang on in there, kid.*

    * That final remark was addressed to Sara, not Dennis.

Actually Sara, I doubt any of the shops do freebies now in this credit crunch world! M&S used to. You'd more likely be sued when someone slipped over on your amniotic fluid puddle!!!!!

as you know im on leave from work, now i dont know if i can return, as my child carer isnt registard, she is a friend, and its on the news that im breaking the law. But i ear £7.80 an hour child care is about £4.50 an hour, what would be the point of working, just to pay someone to have my child, and know i have to so it will be more than i earn,
But my friend does it at a lot cheaper rate.. so what do i do???

Tell them its your sister - family members are exempt. Which means you could leave the kids with a child-hating cousin who'd lock 'em in a cupboard, but not with the carefully chosen friend who would play and entertain them all day!

Trouble with the government is they don't appear to have anything much to carry on about.

whilst this sort of stuff is in the news, it makes us take our eyes off the bigger picture...at least that is what I believe and I'm sticking by it. :-0

My friend comes to my house.Takes arty to per school for me. she has him from 8,30 till 12.30. I pay her ten pound, She is very happy with that, as its £50 a week.
As im only part time i only earn around £120.00 a week, She has said to me, she will not charge any more for the baby, as she want to look after them, My friend cant have babies. She has looked after Arthur for nearly 3years now,And i totaly trust her,I dont have ANY family to help me, And couldnt afford a registard childminder, So that stupid goverment would make me stop work..And have tp pay me more working tax credit, As it would be only my husband as work. The world has gone crazy
