    Keeper of the hens

Get three tandems and a bike - that's the advice from someone who doesn't drive ;)

Or just buy several elephants to ride around on...

Sara, women know some about cars too.
I'd be suggesting that you look at the Renault Scenic or Renault Grand.
Ford also do a similar but I'd suggest a Renault because that is what I drive and feel abel to comment on and it is the most spacious car that I know. My colleague drives a Renault Grand, he ahs three children and he alwasy says that teh car suits his meeds.
Something bigger then tath would be a Ford Zafira or I think even VW do a similar one, but then you are looking at cost as well.

just for you and hubby I'd suggest a little MX5. great fun. :-)

    Keeper of the hens

    Init is spot on...

I really don't know anything about cars, except my sister and her husband + 3 kids have a Renault Grand Scenic which has 7 seats.

Mark (Helen's sister's boyfriend) had a VW Sharan which had 2 additional seats (but he had to keep them in the garage as there is no space to store them in the car). I think the Sharan is the same as the Ford Galaxy and Seat Alhambra.

He recently upgraded to another 7 seater and the back two seats fold flat so he has more boot if he isn't using the seats, and doesn't have to mess about in the garage when he does want them. Can't remember the make/model though, could find out if you need to know.

The Citroën Grand C4 Picasso has 7 seats and fold-flat rear seats.

The Renault Espace has seven seats (possibly only the Team or Grand versions) and comes in tons of different options...

    You got a what?!!!

My neighbour just knocked our door to say my son had left his sunroof open. He doesn't recall opening it so must've done it accidentally. It was good timing by the neighbour - it was starting to rain! (actually, I think it might've been raining earlier - will have to warn him).

No, no, I'm completely sympathetic, I er, just wanted to make sure it wasn't, er, um, a fault with the car. Yes, that's it. It wasn't so that I could laugh at someone else's misfortune. And that was a mistype. It should've said "share the job", so that we can all check the circumstances of the accident and make sure she wasn't pushed.

    (is that convincing?!!!!)

Gary went off roading at the weekend with our firend Duncan - whilst I shopped with Karen. They had a really good day, five discoveries went. One of the vehicles broke down on the way. Duncan ripped his front and rear bumpers off and hit someone else, then got stuck in mud that cmae up past the bottom of the doors and Gary had to climb out of the window (Duncan's a big lad and couldn't fit our of his window) to somehow get the rope fixed on some one of the other boys could pull it out. Then on the way home 3 out of 5 of the vehicles broke down (2 cam belts and another mysterious problem) and they all had to come back on AA trucks, but the boys thought it was all hillarous and had the best day ever apparently (they do make you wonder sometimes don't they)

Have you tried other companies? I thought no claims bonuses were with the driver not the car. Is it because of that recent bump where the woman hit yours? If its not settled then they suspend your no claims until its sorted.

Because its an import and its been changed jacked up Its going to cost me about £700 a year plus tax and m.o.t
and that dont include the other car, so good bye new car, ive already put it up for sale, I should make abit on it as its just had a new radiator fitted,
