Cor, good luck with a coop for that price!

Our coop cost me £350. Pure-bred chucks, actual breeds like the Leghorn, should be around £20, and the hybrids should cost £5 - £10, yeah.

If you're any good at DIY, making coops is supposedly quite easy and a lot cheaper...

Meant to add the White Stars are £14 each but would sell both together for £25. We are just outside Moira!

Hi BHC sorry I am a tad confused can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you are up to and about your tests and such. Could you not ask your Auntie for a couple of hens?

Eglu's are cool, will they be let out to free-range? The smaller size eglu's aren't all that good for keeping hens confined in, they're a tad small. They have a really helpful website as well, lots of good chicken keeping info.

Are your tests like exams? Do you get chickens and a coop based on good exam results? If so, that sounds like the best idea ever!
