    Unfortunately I had to have Dora put to sleep yesterday as she had a tumor,She was one of my newest hens from the last rescue, so she had a little bit of freedom before she moved on to the Rainbow bridge.And she remained a perfect Hen right to the end.

    I can only echo what CC and TM have already said. She had some freedom in a good home to see what life is all about. It is just sad that it was so short. Sleep soundly Dora. :heart:

    Keeper of the hens

    Aw Lee that's so sad :( But she finally got to experience the life she was born for, and she got to see that humans really aren't so bad - you gave her such a nice home with so many new and lovely things... :heart:

    Oh Lee, that is terrible news, poor little Dora..she did have a nice life at the end, too bad she couldn't have been with you a bit longer. RIP little Dora.:heart:
