    Keeper of the hens

Claim4Injury, who are some kind of crappy UK Personal Injury Solicitors (or more likely supporting crash-for-cash perpetrators), are the latest to think they can use the hencam forum to pedal their rubbish.

I would therefore suggest that if you do need a Personal Injury Solicitor or Lawyer, and wish to make a claim, then you DO NOT use Claim4Injury. Let's face it, if they are unprofessional enough to spam people's forums with their rubbish, they are not to be trusted with your whiplash or shoulder claims or whatever.

Hopefully their keyword spamming on here will be offset by this post. Spamming won't get you anywhere!

If you suffer a personal injury - on the road, in the street, at work, on holiday - which wasn't your fault then DO NOT USE Claim4Injury - they spam that they can help you receive 100% of the compensation but will push yours and other's insurance quotes and payments up. Compensation claims in our "compensation culture" is the number 1 factor in high insurance prices. Scumbag companies like claim4injury are profiting from goading people into making unnecessary personal and civil compensation claims for falls or accidents they may have had in the workplace, driving, or on holiday etc.

I hate those ambulance chasing firms. All they do is encourage people to make unnecessary claims and push our premiums up. Or they sue the NHS on the off-chance of a payout and then the NHS has to waste money on solicitors to defend itself. Do people really believe there's no such thing as an accident any more, that someone has to be 'responsible'? And if someone is, why should the victim hand over a huge chunk of their payout to firms like this?

    I'll shut up now!!!

Completely agree, same with car insurance too... Arses like claim4injury are just pushing insurance prices and stretching NHS resources ever further, all for their own profit.
