Wazza, I thought this was so funny .....the other night my son and his friend were riding around and the friend needed to take a whizz and they could find no bathrooms open ... so they stopped where there were no houses and looked around and saw no one around... and the friend stood in front of the car and took his whizz. Out of the blue there showed up a police woman and asked the friend what he was doing out there in front of the parked car. He replied , " My radiator has a leak. " The police woman stuck her finger in the liquid ... licked her finger and said ," That does not taste like anti-freeze to me . "She had been out patroling on foot and had seen the whole thing HA HA . "

Do you know, I remember someone who wasn't keen on smileys, as he thought SOME PEOPLE would sprinkle them indiscriminately in conversations.
Can you remember who it was? Anybody.....?:fingersear:

She probably just made Jerry think that she put her finger in his urine and then licked it. I can not believe anyone would lick urine. Most likely she put her finger a bit over the puddle but not in it..... just enough to fool him. Jerry will never live it down though and my son teases him alot. She could have ticketed him for public urination and if so his name would have been in the paper.

This has not been a good week for the Sansing family as far as the driving goes, so I have had plenty of dealings with the police since January 10. Thursday I was driving along and a guy made an illegal turn and hit me broadside ( He got two tickets and has no insurance . My insurance will fix my truck but I'll have to pay a $500.00 deductable (which I will take him to small claims cout to try for reimbursement. ). I am OK just a little mad. The police were just wonderful. I called 911 from by mobile phone and they arrived 1 minute later . Lucky it happened in front of the police station. Sunday, my husband and I were coming home and got behind a car that was weaving all over the road. When my husband tried to pass the car, the driver suddenly turned in front of us and my husband ran my truch straight into a ditch to keep from hitting the car. I did not hear or feel or see us touch that car.... only the trip over into the ditch,...... but the other driver says we hit his car and totally ruined his fender and broke out his lights. Strange thing is we have no damage to our truck not a bit but the other car is heavily damaged. This happened a night .. so I went and looked at that car today and it is in bad shape but the dents look old to me. Our insurance is investigating this claim very carefully. Today, my husband's air brakes failed on his big milktruck and he ran through a security gate and blew out two front tires and destroyed the gate. Soooo if you start missing me here it is probably because I can no longer afford the internet access after we pay all these mishaps off. I say this half jokingly ... but it could happen . I would dearly miss each of you.

Sorry to hear about your run of bad luck Janice - let's hope that your court claim is successful and that justice prevails and the insurance throw the guys false claims out.

I am going to shock you all now..

But Urine is actually very clean and often it is drunk, animals drink urine and in some countries also humans...do as well. Its not as a tasty drink but as a neccessity to survive.

Urine is generally a sterile fluid. Yes Wazza, it is regularly drunk by one cult as part of their beliefs.

MUCH better that anti-freeze! :fierce: I know that most people who live on a coast where jelly fish lurk in the waters know that you can pee on a jelly fish sting to make the horrific pain stop. Of course, that leads to resolving the problem of which of your friends is going to pee on you...

Thanks, you two, for broadening our cultural perspective.

Wow Janice its so lucky neither you nor your hubby were injured. Did you take photos of the cars in the 2nd accident? My son tapped the back end of a car when he'd been driving 6 months and left a tiny dent. She claimed over £4k from his insurance and it cost an extortionate amount to renew. I hate these people who try to profit from the honest amongst us.

My insurance sent an investigator out yesteray to take pictures of our truck and the other person's car so they can try and see if there was a collision. We do not think we had any contact at all with the car ... as we were going by it and into the ditch.

The other driver's just trying it on, as we say in England!! I hope your insurance do investigate thoroughly - over here they quite often can't be bothered and just pay out as its the drivers who end up worse off, not the big companies!!

I'm just glad neither of you were hurt. You're right, Kate, they DO try it on; I remember a driver who said the accident where he hit me head-on happened because I was going too fast. Uphill. In a Morris Minor. As I remarked in my letter to the solicitor, "Of the many accusations which could be levelled at a Morris Minor going uphill, going too fast is NOT one which springs to mind..."

He had to pay ALL of it. I bought the solicitor a bottle of champers, but he said he'd be quite sorry not to get my letters any more. The phrase 'the person you call the other party and I call the $*!£&*%...' apparently had him rolling.

I went by the police station today and picked up an accident report on my accident where the guy hit my truck. It clearly states he was at fault. He is to appear in traffic court on 02-05-08 to pay fines for illegal lanne change and no proof of insurance. The little police woman was there eating her lunch and she grinned when I told the receptionist my name . She knows my son and probably was reminded of the other night when she caught his friend tinkling . My son says he , himself , did not get out of the car and heed nature's call .... phew !!!!! His friend, Jerry gets easily shook up so it was probably scary for him to get caught. When I see her alone sometime , I will ask her about the incident. She is a cool gal and does a great job. As for the incident we had Sunday night where we were supposed to have struck a car.... it is being investigated heavily.... lots of pictures of both our truck and the car,,,, interviews with the wrecker service etc, but the police report will not be ready for 10 more days.
